Cédric, Molding technical manager for production series
I have joined Inoplast after completing my BTS-Diploma in Industrial Design in 1994. After a successful internship, Inoplast offered me the job of Molding technician. Afterwards, I was given the opportunity to join a production team they were creating then. My first objective, was the launch of the Volvo V70 rear tailgate and the production increase of the 2 attached presses. In parallel, I also participated in the launch and transfer of the molds to another establishment of the company. That was a very enriching period where I had to be autonomous and I was in the driver seat. I then moved to become Molding technical manager for a unit, and my field of responsibilities extended again since I was in charge of 50 to 70 products. It was there that I became aware of things like turnover, profitability, etc. Today, I am Molding technical manager for production series. I solve the difficulties related to production. This is exciting since my field of intervention is wide and I am constantly learning, making technical progress… Thanks to my different experiences I was able to constantly progress. And to date curiosity and learning are part of my daily job!

Noémie, Salesperson for large accounts
After completing a DESS-Diploma in Composite material and structures, I was hired at the Methods department of Inoplast. After six months of activity, I joined the Projects Department as a Junior Project Manager for the hatchback of Renault Laguna and Espace. I then became more autonomous, and was put in charge of the Peugeot 307 CC spoiler. I am very proud of this project since this spoiler was one of the most profitable at start...During these fours years at the Projects department, I also developed facades, tailgates and panels for Peugeot. Thanks to this, I was able to manage a wide range of products, to better understand and manage the technical aspects of a part. To date, I am in charge of large accounts at the Sales Department. It’s an everyday challenge, but very enriching!
