The profession’s manufacturers have joined forces in the company ECRC, European Composite Recycling Services Company, to develop a concept of recycling flow of end of life parts and to offer companies from the industry a system for taking care of their waste.
Its objective: Develop and Introduce a European system for standardized and economically viable management of composites waste in agreement with the new regulations.
iNoPLAST, a leader in this field, is thus sharing its know-how for the sake of the sustainability of the material. The ECRC member companies share a common ambition of developing the potential opening for waste and end of life parts, and also for the deployment of a network of units inspired by our MCR subsidiary’s recycling workshop in Europe by 2015. MCR is iNoPLAST’s pilot operational unit.
Additionally, iNoPLAST in conjunction with ECRC, has launched actions with the European authorities to have the thermoset composite materials actually recognized as recyclable materials.
