iNoPLAST is implementing a voluntary policy aimed at:

  • Reducing the consumption of electricity, gas and water by manufacturing process (reductions of 15%, 45% and 25% respectively are the objectives set by 2010 for all the production sites)
  • Reducing the VOCs emissions, that are already largely below the regulatory thresholds, quantify the diffuse VOCs discharges and examine the possibilities to substitute certain products
  • Develop the utilization of varnish with very low solvent content
  • Continue the development of water-soluble primers
